Columbia "BN" classic Gramophone with choice of red or black horn. $895 plus S/H

This is a very nice Columbia rear-mount horned Gramophone.  It has a two (2) spring motor and 10" turntable.  There is red felt on the turntable..

It has the original crank.  The reproducer has been rebuilt and sounds good.  The plating is in good condition with no peeling, but it is kind-of gray on the tone arm and worn off on the stop/start button.

The paint is good on the bracket with no rust.

The case has the original finish and decals.  There is a chip on the back of the top of the case. 

You have the choice of a red horn or a black horn.  The red horn has been repainted but is more correct age-wise.  The black horn is for an earlier model but has the original paint, at least on the the inside of the horn.  Not sure about the outside.  Both horns are in good condition.

Included is a pack of Loud Tone steel needles.

Shipment will be via FedEX in two packages. Pickup at my home or at the Elkhorn Antique Flea Market is available. I will also visit the Union, IL Phonograph show on Saturday, June 8, 2013 and direct pickup can be arranged there as well. Shipping and handling costs of $75.00 will be refunded upon pickup if one of these locations is chosen.
